We sold our house in Chicago and had 60 days to be in Phoenix. She worked like crazy on all three visits showing us relevant properties in the right neighborhoods. She negotiated professionally, helped us with the mortgage company, title company and all the inspections, and made sure that the closing happened on time. Don, Jenny, and their team did a great job at selling our home. They priced it right, gave great advice on what improvements we should make to stage the house for selling, and negotiated effectively with the buyer to get us a price we were satisfied with. The house was under contract in just over two weeks. We were out of town, but his team took responsibility for finding and overseeing contractors to do repairs identified during the inspection. Communications were excellent and Don was very responsive to any worries or concerns we had during the listing and sales process. We were happy we listed with them, especially because of the awesome job they did on photos and videos for marketing the house.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Don Matheson and his team. I was buying my first house and didn't know what to expect. I researched top real estate agents in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and Don's name kept coming up. Now I know why. Don made my home-buying experience such an easy process. He kept in touch on a regular basis and did a great job negotiating. All of my paperwork was simple and straightforward. He even recommended a great mortgage firm that also made things go smoothly. But the best part was Don made sure everything about my house was to my liking before I even moved in. From start to finish, I did not feel stressed or overwhelmed at all.
