They priced it right, gave great advice on what improvements we should make to stage the house for selling, and negotiated effectively with the buyer to get us a price we were satisfied with. The house was under contract in just over two weeks. We were out of town, but his team took responsibility for finding and overseeing contractors to do repairs identified during the inspection. Communications were excellent and Don was very responsive to any worries or concerns we had during the listing and sales process. We were happy we listed with them, especially because of the awesome job they did on photos and videos for marketing the house.
