Where Don and his team REALLY shined (shout-out also to Angela and Megan) was once we got into the pre-closing details. They scheduled and attended the inspections, handled the list of submissions for review to the seller, provided the contact information for all of the utilities, HOA and others with whom I needed to make arrangements and handled the closing with aplomb. They were spectacular about this as far as I was concerned, especially since I lived out of town and had ZERO familiarity with all that was involved.
