Don and his team made our recent purchase a much more pleasant experience than I had feared it would be going in.

The property had been on our radar since we had seen it on Zillow. Don scheduled a showing, knew the property and the community intimately and was with us for follow-up visits the same night as our initial visit AND the following morning, when we decided to submit a bid on the home.
The negotiations went swiftly and we were under contract before we boarded our flight home that evening.

Where Don and his team REALLY shined (shout-out also to Angela and Megan) was once we got into the pre-closing details. They scheduled and attended the inspections, handled the list of submissions for review to the seller, provided the contact information for all of the utilities, HOA and others with whom I needed to make arrangements and handled the closing with aplomb. They were spectacular about this as far as I was concerned, especially since I lived out of town and had ZERO familiarity with all that was involved.
