The house was under contract in just over two weeks. We were out of town, but his team took responsibility for finding and overseeing contractors to do repairs identified during the inspection. Communications were excellent and Don was very responsive to any worries or concerns we had during the listing and sales process. We were happy we listed with them, especially because of the awesome job they did on photos and videos for marketing the house.

He kept in touch on a regular basis and did a great job negotiating. All of my paperwork was simple and straightforward. He even recommended a great mortgage firm that also made things go smoothly.
