She is also warm and compassionate and when we backed out of the first deal, she completely understood and was more concerned about how we were doing then the deal falling thru. She ultimately found the perfect home for us and she did it from a long distance while we were still in CA.: previewing the homes on Skype with us, saving us a ton of time and driving back and forth. I would not hesitate to call on Tracy whether you are selling or buying.
