North Course and South Course

The two courses at The Boulders, the North Course and South Course, are beautifully designed. The North Course is built into the foothills of Black Mountain, while the South Course features holes that go right into the dramatic boulder formations. Both courses were designed by Jay Morrish.

Membership Information at The Boulders Club

There are three categories of membership categories at The Boulders Club:

Premier Golf Membership
Premier Social Membership
Premier Clubhouse Membership

Golf Membership

The Premier Golf Membership includes use of both courses and privileges for up to three accompanied guests per day at the “Member Accompanied” rate, as well as access to the Spa at The Boulders, participation in both the Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations, use of tennis courts and discounts on:

Spa treatments
Retail purchases
Food and beverages
Rooms at The Boulders Resort and Spa

Fees involved in a golf membership include:

$60,000 refundable initiation fee
$50,000 non-refundable initiation fee
$664 monthly family dues
$509 monthly individual dues

Premier Social Membership

Premier Social Membership at The Boulders includes the use of both golf courses with a maximum of six rounds per member between October and May (there’s no limit during the rest of the year), access to the spa and tennis courts, plus discounts on services.
Fees involved in a Premier Social Membership include:

$21,000 refundable initiation fee
$15,750 non-refundable initiation fee
$338 monthly family dues
$244 monthly individual dues

Premier Clubhouse Membership

A Premier Clubhouse Membership at The Boulders includes access to the spa, tennis courts and discounts on spa services, food and beverages, and more. Premier Clubhouse Memberships require home ownership in the Boulders Community.
Fees involved in a Premier Clubhouse Membership include:

$15,000 refundable initiation fee
$11,250 non-refundable initiation fee
$258 monthly family dues
$200 monthly individual dues
