After 4 long months of searching many phone calls Alex never gave up and we ended up finding my dream home and closing the deal. They priced it right, gave great advice on what improvements we should make to stage the house for selling, and negotiated effectively with the buyer to get us a price we were satisfied with. The house was under contract in just over two weeks. We were out of town, but his team took responsibility for finding and overseeing contractors to do repairs identified during the inspection. Communications were excellent and Don was very responsive to any worries or concerns we had during the listing and sales process. We were happy we listed with them, especially because of the awesome job they did on photos and videos for marketing the house.

Since we were new to Arizona, he took the time to explain many of the nuances of the area… We would use Don and his staff again in a heartbeat.
