The Pueblo Grande Museum is offering a series of free lectures on sustainable desert landscaping and gardening. “Mission Not-so Impossible” is being held 3 Friday’s during this month from noon to 1:00 pm. This series is a great resource for tips on how to add value to your Scottsdale area home.
These lectures cover a variety of topics from Sustainable Landscape Management for Homeowners, native plants of the Sonoran Desert, local Master Gardener’s Programs, earth friendly gardening, and traditional Arizona Native growing practices. All lectures are free and open to the public.
Tomorrow’s featured speaker will be Janet Waible, who is a Landscape Architect and owner Waibel & Associates, LLC. The topic is Sustainable Landscape Management for Homeowners which will provide homeowners with ideas and suggestions to implement their own sustainable landscapes using native plants of the Sonoran Desert.
