The 2,500-acre Las Sendas community is truly enmeshed in Mesa’s surrounding desert. On top of the 36% of land dedicated to remain undeveloped within the community, Las Sendas is surrounded by Tonto National Forest in the north and the Usery Mountains in the east. Residents can further take advantage of the great outdoors by enjoying Las Sendas’ 3 community parks, grassy play areas (which stretch over 28-acres), lighted basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playgrounds, walking and biking trails and softball and soccer fields.
Blandford Homes started developing the Las Sendas community in the mid 1990’s; the first homes were completed in 1997. Real Estate options in Las Sendas include townhomes, detached homes and custom homes on custom home sites. Las Sendas neighborhoods are individually gated.
