The “TPC/Princess” community is the unofficial name for the residential area that can be found between the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale (TPC) and the Fairmont Princess Resort. The Fairmont Princess is a world-class resort which offers membership to TPC residents. Membership includes access to the Fairmont’s fitness room and spa.
Real Estate
TPC has properties available in 4 resale neighborhoods: Crown Point 1 &2, Princess Views and Alcazar. Each neighborhood offers single-family homes ranging in size from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. Many properties have views of TPC’s famous Stadium Course. The Princess Enclave is a new townhome development currently under construction. This development’s 2,500 square foot units will have 3 bedrooms, a den and a 2-car garage.
Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale
Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf designed the two, 18-hole golf courses available at Tournament Players Club: Stadium Course and Desert Course. Stadium Course is the more challenging of the two and is home to the PGA’s Waste Management Phoenix Open. Every year, the course ranks among the best public courses in Arizona. Desert Course has a shorter layout and golfers can choose to walk the course.
Schools
School-aged children living in the TPC community generally attend these schools in the Paradise Valley Unified School District: Sonoran Sky Elementary School, Desert Shadows Middle School and Horizon High School.

Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale has two 18-hole courses: the famous Stadium Course and the Champions’ Course both set against the beautiful McDowell Mountains. They are uniquely different golfing alternatives.
Home of the PGA Tour’s fan-favorite, Waste Management Phoenix Open, The Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale has hosted some of golf’s greatest moments since its opening in 1986. The design team of Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf created a great blend of challenge and playability here. The Waste Management Phoenix Open has become the largest spectator golf event in the world.
You can test your own skills on the same fairways. Both courses are maintained to PGA Tour standards year-round.
The shorter Champions’ Course is a desert course and a gem of a municipal layout. Golfers can walk or ride. Rivaling its sister course in beauty and playability, the Randy Heckenkemper-designed Champions’ Course offers a desert golf experience. Built on the former site of TPC Scottsdale’s Desert Course, the layout was renovated in 2007.
Each hole can be played different ways, providing golfers of all skill levels with a challenging experience and unique each time you play.
The property includes two Clubhouses and restaurants, one for each course.
