Calling all North Scottsdale residents! There are four major zoning changes up for consideration by The City of Scottsdale.
You are invited to a public forum scheduled for September 3 at Copper Ridge School (10101 E Thompson Peak Pkwy) from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Please take this opportunity to review the plans and give your comments to the Planning Commission prior to the vote to take place at the December City Council meeting.
Items under review include:
1) Pinnacle Peak Patio’s application for a land use designation change from Commercial to Suburban on the approximately 11 acres north of Jomax Road and the Pinnacle Peak Parkway intersection;
2) Greasewood Flat’s request for a land use change from Rural Neighborhoods and NAOS to Cultural/Institutional and Public Use zoning;
3) El Regalo, an approximate 6 acre parcel north of the corner of Scottsdale Road and Westland Drive, is in application for a change from Commercial to Suburban land use; and,
4) Cavalliere Flat, a 46 acre parcel at the southeast corner of Alma School Parkway and Pinnacle Vista Drive, is under consideration for a change from Commercial and Rural Neighborhoods zoning to Rural Neighborhoods and Suburban Neighborhoods zoning.
All four of these General Plan Amendment cases will define the future of your neighborhoods, so mark your calendar.
