The 30th annual “Wells Fargo Fiesta Bowl Million Dollar Hole-in-One” challenge is underway now through Sunday, November 9th at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, near Scottsdale. This is a fun event for golfers of every skill level who want the chance to win $1,000,000, enjoy a challenge and, at the same time, want to support local charities.
Wells Fargo Fiesta Bowl Million Dollar Hole-in-One Challenge at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club
The hole-in-one challenge is open to the public everyday from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm through Saturday, November 8th and from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm on Sunday, November 9th. The finals are set for Sunday, November 9th at 2:00 pm.
Each day of the event, more than 30 prizes will be awarded (golf equipment, trips, hotel stays, golf packages, restaurant certificates and much more). The three winners each day, plus every person who gets a hole-in-one, advances to the final round and the chance to win $1,000,000.
The cost of participating is $1 per ball or $10 for a bag of 11 balls and 11 shots at the 125-yard shot. There are special promotions to give you even better odds of winning:
- Sunday, November 2 – Ladies first 5 balls are free (all day)
- Weekdays from 9:00 -11:00 am, buy 1 bag of balls, get 1 bag free
- Everyday – Buy 1 bag of balls, bring 2 cans of food, get 1 bag free, or
- Buy 1 bag of balls, bring 1 dozen recycled golf balls and get 1 bag free
Wells Fargo started the hole-in-one challenge in 1984 as a fund raising extension of the Fiesta Bowl, a college football tournament played annually at ASU’s football stadium. This year’s Fiesta Bowl is scheduled for Wednesday, December 31st at 2:00 pm.
