Tuesday, November 4th is election day across Arizona. To accommodate Scottsdale residents’ busy schedules, our city has two early voting options for registered voters.
1) By mail: If you registered for early voting, you should have received a ballot by mail. A mailed ballot must be received by the City of Scottsdale by 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4th.
The City of Scottsdale recommends that you mail your ballot before the close of business on Thursday, October 30. Ballots that are not received by the following Tuesday, even though the envelope is post-marked beforehand, will not be counted.
2) In person: Registered voters have another early voting option. Polls are open at Scottsdale’s City Hall every day this week from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, through Friday, October 31st.
Scottsdale City Hall is located at 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ, 85251 (south of Indian School Road on Drinkwater Boulevard.)
You must be a registered voter to use polls at City Hall, but early registration isn’t needed to vote early in-person. And, if you received a ballot by mail, and haven’t returned it yet, you can go to Scottsdale City Hall and vote early.
On Tuesday, November 4th, the polls across Scottsdale will be open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. Your voting location is typed on your voter registration card.
Poll locations are available from the City of Scottsdale and other voting information is available through the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office.
