TPC Scottsdale
This is a steal for those in the TPC community or even out of town guests wanting to play like the pros. The TPC Scottsdale, home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, is partnering up with The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for a Golf Getaway Package. The package starts at $199 and includes:
- 2 nights at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
- 1 round of golf on the Stadium Course
- 1 round of golf on the Champions Course
- Complimentary club rentals and practice balls
- Access to practice facility
- Bag transfer and storage
- Good through August 4, 2016
Westin Kierland Golf Club
Family and local-friendly Westin Kierland Resort and Spa is teaming up with the Kierland Golf Club for a cool spin on golf specials. The Smash and Splash allows golf guests to enjoy some pool time after their game at the Adventure Pool complex. A float in the lazy river or a ride down the slide can make the heat on the green that much more tolerable! Great for Kierland and Scottsdale golf homes residents, Smash and Splash is $59 per adult and $39 per child 15 year sold and under (with paid adult).
Talking Stick Resort
Looking for a quick getaway to relax and rejuvenate? Choose the Fairway to Heaven package and prepare for the ultimate Scottsdale staycation that can appeal to both golfers and non-golfers. The package includes:
- Overnight accommodations
- Spa treatment – 60-minute massage or facial (one per room, per night)
- Round of golf at the Talking Stick Golf Club (one per room, per night)
- Available at varying rates through December 31 starting just over $300
Grayhawk Golf Club
The unique and fun Grayhawk is offering their Penguin and Dirty Dozen summer golf specials once again. With the Penguin, players get a round of golf followed by an entrée in any on-site restaurant for just $69 per player (golf must be booked seven days in advance). For those opting for the Dirty Dozen, players get 12 rounds of golf and 12 two-for-one entrée vouchers to be used over 14 weeks for $399 plus tax. Tee times are restricted to Monday through Thursday and after 8am on weekends, with reservation no more than three days in advance. Both specials run through September 4.
While other Valley clubs and courses may not be offering true summer packages or specials, their rates definitely dip as the temperature rises. At the McCormick Ranch Golf Club, you can save over 50% from peak rates and play for just $42, or $39 if you can hold out until 2pm.
As long as you stay hydrated and play smart, summer is a great time to play in the best Arizona golf course communities.
