Terravita Golf & Country Club is a member-owned, private golf club. It offers tennis courts, a fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool. The course itself was designed by Greg Nash and Billy Casper and features nine tee combinations. There’s also a two-way driving range, a chipping green and a putting green.

Full Golf Membership
- Initiation fee: $17,500
- $557 single/$683 couple
- Capital fund fee: $42 single/$57 couple
- Cart fee: $23 per rider, plus tax
- Bag storage: $10 per month
- Annual trail fee for approved private carts: $1,065 single/$1,688 couple
Mesquite Membership
A yearly Mesquite Membership offers you full golf membership privileges for up to a year – that way, you can determine whether Terravita Golf & Country Club is right for you. You can experience all the benefits a full golf membership offers, excluding the Club Championship, Couples’ Championship and President’s Cup events.
Dues are:
- $5,000 deposit
- Monthly dues: $557 single/$683 couple
- Capital fund fee: $42 single/$57 couple
- Cart fee: $23, plus tax, per round
