Mirabel Golf Club, which features a truly remarkable Tom Fazio-designed golf course with spectacular views, is one of Scottsdale’s most prestigious clubs. Nestled near the edge of the Tonto National Forest, Mirabel offers exclusive memberships on a very limited basis to preserve the intimacy of the club (there are only 275 golf memberships and 50 social memberships available).
About Mirabel Memberships
Mirabel is a private, member-owned and member-operated club. Membership is market-based, and on average, there are only four to six spots available each month. The market-based pricing model means that members can set the selling price of their own memberships.
Membership privileges extend to the member, spouse and unmarried children under the age of 23.
Golf Memberships at Mirabel Country Club
Golf membership includes unlimited golf privileges, as well as unlimited use of all Mirabel facilities, such as:
- Health
- Spa
- Salon
- Fitness
- Swimming
- Tennis
- Extended family privileges
Initiation pricing on golf memberships starts at $62,500, which includes a one-time new member capital contribution; monthly dues are $1,525 and the F&B minimum is $1,500 annually. The capital contribution is $600 annually. Availability changes from month to month, and while these costs are accurate at the time of this writing, they’re subject to change as well.

Social Memberships at Mirabel Country Club
Initiation pricing on social memberships begins at $11,500 and includes full use of all social facilities, as well as:
- Clubhouse activities
- Spa
- Salon
- Fitness
- Swimming
- Tennis
- Extended family privileges
Monthly dues for the social membership are $510, annual capital dues are $200, and the annual F&B minimum is $1,500.

Living at Mirabel in Scottsdale
Mirabel real estate is some of the finest in the country. The award-winning community is located just south of Cave Creek Road at an elevation of approximately 3,000 feet and features 350 home sites spanning 700 acres.

The luxury homes for sale in Mirabel are custom and semi-custom, typically ranging in price from the low $700s and $4 million, although there are some exceptions in the community.
Children living in Mirabel are part of the Cave Creek Unified School District and attend Black Mountain Elementary, Sonoran Trails Middle School and Cactus Shadows High School. There are several private schools nearby, as well.
