21 Cakes, owned and operated by Linda Schneider and Cisco Zazueta, is a local Scottsdale bakery that goes above and beyond simply operating a store, they offer baking classes to the community and cater for weddings and other events.

The two classes include a “Baking & Decorating” class where you’ll learn a little about the “science” of baking then be able to bake and decorate a delicious cake from scratch, and “Parisian Macaron Class” where you’ll learn the fine art of making traditional Parisian macarons.

Both classes allow you to take home what you create! For regular sessions the cost is $85 and for private or semi-private classes the cost is $100.
You must preregister for their cooking classes either over the phone or by stopping in the store, which is located off of Scottsdale and Indian Bend Rd.
If you have an event coming up and are looking for strikingly beautiful and delicious cakes or cupcakes, 21 Cakes is available for catering. You can schedule a complimentary tasting and consultation appointment to chose the perfect flavor for the event.
The Cupcakes are priced at $37 per dozen and the mini cupcakes are $22 per dozen. Custom design 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, two, three, and four tier cakes are available starting at $39.
Whether you stop into 21 Cakes and sample some of their many delicious pastries in the store, create some of your own during a class, or use them to cater an event, their baked goods will be a sweet delight.
