Sam Fox is bringing the health food revolution to the Valley. His new restaurant, Flower Child, located at approximately 44th St and Camelback in Phoenix, promises to serve “healthy food for a happy world.”
So, jump on the food hippie bandwagon and embrace the natural delight that is vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes.

Flower Child restaurant in Phoenix
The restaurant has a number of principles it refuses to compromise on, like the fact that it will only serve organic produce and that it only works with ranchers who raise their animals without additives. Local Sourcing is also a priority, as well as ensuring that all food is cooked fresh – and served quickly.
Some Flower Child menu highlights? The Watermelon & Heirloom Tomato salad, the Red Chili Grazed Sweet Potato vegetable plate, the Thai dye whole grain wrap and the sesame beef bowl.
Wash everything down with seasonal fresh lemonades, freshly squeezed juices or coconut water. Flower Child also has kombucha on tap, an ancient Chinese beverage that has been linked to fighting cancer, arthritis and other health problems.
If you’re dining as a group of 3-5 people, trying ordering from Flower Child’s Family Dinner menu. Choose a main dish from steak, chicken, salmon or tofu and get the choice of 4 large sides. Going out to celebrate with friends and neighbors? There’s a menu for that, too, which serves 6-8 people.
