Fifteen brand new villas are slated to begin construction soon in DC Ranch by Camelot Homes. The units, which will be located in the existing community of the Market Street Villas, are expected to be offered for sale by mid-October according to company representatives.

Like the existing units that were built between 2000 and 2001, these single level townhomes will will be built in clusters of three. There will be 3 different floor plans.
The neighborhood currently contains 66 townhomes and these 15 new units will be added to the neighborhood via an extension to 89th Way. The neighborhood is located adjacent to the popular Market Street shopping district and can be accessed through the gate at Flathorn Drive and Desert Camp Drive.
DC Ranch has been prepping the site for months in order to get it ready for development.
Camelot Homes has not firmed up the pricing for these units yet, as the project is still being bid out, according to a company employee.
DC Ranch is a popular North Scottsdale masterplanned community on over 4,000 acres.
