Terravita
The community of Terravita, derived from the Latin “terra”, meaning earth or land, and “vita”, meaning life, is as in-tune with its desert surroundings as its name suggests. In addition to the use of materials that blend with Terravita’s natural surroundings, most homes have been built in such a way that they have beautiful golf course, desert or mountain views. All residents of Terravita have access to the vibrant and newly renovated Clubhouse which offers dining, a fitness facility, lap and resort-style pool, spa, and tennis courts. In addition, residents have access to the Art Studio located in the Desert Pavilion Community Center, which offers classes and workshops year round. The community also offers 7 miles of walking trails.

Developed between 1993 and 1998 by Del Webb, Terravita is an 823 acre, 24-hour guard-gated golf community that is home to 1,380 residences. Single-story homes range in size from 1,407 – 3,730 square feet.
Terravita Golf Club offers a private, newly renovated 18-hole championship course, originally designed by Billy Casper with the renovation overseen by renowned architect Phil Smith, featuring stunning views of Black Mountain from every hole. The club also offers a resort style pool and spa, lap pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and a newly remodeled Clubhouse which offers fine and casual dining options.
Members also have access to more than 200 Troon golf courses world-wide.

Membership Types & Pricing:
Golf Membership
A Golf Member who isn't a homeowner within the gates of Terravita, only has access to the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse restaurant and attended golf locker rooms. If the Member is a resident within the community, they have access to enjoy all amenities of the club and participation in many social opportunities.

Homeowner Membership
All residents within the gates of Terravita have access to all amenities – excluding golf - located at the club, including participation in an extensive social calendar.
