Ahhh finally, it’s back and it was sorely missed, the Chop and Wok. If you were new to Scottsdale, just driving by you would never stop at this yellow eye-sore of a building on the other side of Circle K at the corners of Shea and Scottsdale. And that’s just what the locals loved, keeping it to themselves! There was always a line out the door at lunch time, and while waiting to order you could peak through the window and watch the chefs feverishly sautéing and pan frying some of the best Chinese food North Scottsdale had to offer for a quick takeout!
Chop and Wok reopens its doors in Scottsdale
Their doors had been opened for 25+ years and then it happened, the fire that shut them down in 2011. But like most things that lie dormant for a few years before they spring to life once again, the doors have re-opened and Chop and Wok has a new lease on life!
Stop by their new location and enjoy some new menu items as well as some of the original with an added 31-beer offering, pool, darts, ping pong and much more family fun while waiting for your meal when dining in. Not a whole lot of authentic Chinese restaurants offer jalapeno puffs, but welcome to Arizona where the flare of the Southwest shows up just about everywhere!
Their new location is at 10425 N. Scottsdale Road, tucked in by NYPD Pizza and the Dirty Dog Saloon with delivery until 2:00 am.
