Tuesday, November 4th is election day across Arizona. To accommodate Scottsdale residents' busy schedules, our city has two early voting options for registered voters. 1)  By mail:  If you registered for early voting, you should have received a ballot by mail.   A mailed ballot must be received by the City of Scottsdale by 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4th. Sunday, November 16th is a special day at the Desert Botanical Garden, located just west of south Scottsdale.  It's "Dogs' Day in the Garden."  If you're looking for garden and landscaping ideas and a special event for your pooch, this one is it. Foothills Animal Rescue, located at 23030 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale AZ 85255, is holding its 3rd Annual "Whiskers & Wine" fundraising event this Thursday, October 23rd from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion at 101 Easy Street in downtown Carefree.  All proceeds from the event benefit the Rescue, a no-kill animal shelter located in the heart of the North Scottsdale.
