The Boulders
Stationed on 1,300 acres of land in the Sonoran Desert foothills, this secluded community gets its name from the magnificent boulder outcroppings that are scattered throughout the community. Some of these formations are almost 12 million years old. Over half of the land in the Boulders community is dedicated to remain open space. Because the neighborhood straddles the border between Scottsdale and Carefree, the community is partially located in Scottsdale and partially located in Carefree.
The Boulders is also home to the Boulders Resort and Spa, an upscale golf and spa resort that is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.

The 2,000 square foot Fitness Center offers guided hiking and biking tours, rock climbing and other outdoor adventures as well as a heated lap pool, whirlpool, and a full service Men's and Ladies’ locker rooms. The exclusive Tennis Garden features 3 premier cushioned courts, 4 hard courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a full service Pro Shop.

Premier Golf Membership
Members with a Premier Golf Membership have access to use both championship golf courses with a 7 day advanced tee time booking window as well as extending privileges for up to 3 accompanied guests per day while paying the Member Accompanied Rate. Extended family members will be entitled to a 15% discount off current Member Guest Greens fees along with use of the tennis/pickleball courts with court times reserved 7 days in advance. Members also have access to the Spa at the Boulders Resort, and receive a 20% discount on all treatments, services, and retail merchandise at the Spa.

Premier Social Membership
A Premier Social Membership requires home ownership within the Boulders Community. Privileges include use of both championship golf courses, subject to a maximum of 6 rounds per member between October and May and without limit during the rest of the year. Members may reserve tee times up to 24 hours in advance, as well as extending golf privileges up to 3 guests per day, paying the Resort Guest rate. Premier social members also have access to the tennis/pickleball courts, and can reserve court times up to 7 days in advance. Members also have access to the Spa at The Boulders Resort, and receive a 20% discount on all treatments, services, and retail merchandise at the Spa.

Premier Clubhouse Membership
Premier Clubhouse Memberships require home ownership within the Boulders Community.
