Tonto Verde is a gated active-adult (55+) community with panoramic views of the breathtaking surrounding mountains and Tonto National Forest. Located 9 miles east of Troon North near the northeast edge of the McDowell Mountains, the community sits on a gentle, sloping landscape, creating stunning views. Development of Tonto Verde began in 1992. Today the community is comprised of over 700 single-family detached homes and townhomes spread over 695 acres.
