Silverleaf
The neighborhood of Silverleaf can be found within the master-planned community of DC Ranch. Residents are able to enjoy two DC Ranch community centers with pools, fitness rooms, playgrounds, sports courts and a community theater playhouse. Silverleaf has 3 separate, guard-gated enclaves, each accessible off of Thompson Peak Parkway. The community is beautifully landscaped with neighborhood parks, gardens and fountains scattered throughout. Silverleaf is minutes from two distinctive DC Ranch shopping plazas: Market Street, and DC Ranch Crossing, where grocery stores, boutique shopping, restaurants and other services can be found. Residents have access to over 33 miles of walking paths that connect each of DC Ranch’s neighborhoods to one another. Just south of Silverleaf is the “Gateway Trailhead”, with another 100 miles of hiking trails that wind through the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. At the south end of the community is the private DC Ranch Village Health Club and Spa.
Real Estate
The first homes to be built in Silverleaf were completed in the early 2000’s. Custom homes continue to be built today. Developer product is still available, as well as resale custom home sites. Lower elevation areas of the community showcase a variety of semi-custom and custom homes. As you continue east into the higher elevations of Upper Canyon and Horseshoe Canyon, you will find a collection of hillside estates with breathtaking views of the city. This area has some of the most expensive real estate in Phoenix.
Silverleaf Club offers breathtaking mountain and city views from all 18 holes of its Tom Weiskopf-designed championship style golf course that winds along 7,322 yards of inspiring terrain. Golfers can ride, walk and/or use forecaddies, and work on their game at the practice facility. Within the 50,000 square-foot clubhouse that is tucked into the base of the McDowell Mountains,
Silverleaf Club’s amenities also include a world class spa, resort style and lap pools, fitness center, fully appointed men's and women's locker rooms, as well as casual and fine dining. Members can also dine at The Stone House, a small restaurant that doubles as the “turn station” for golfers and is located between the 10th and 11th holes.
