The luxury neighborhood of Silverleaf can be found within the master-planned community of DC Ranch. Residents are able to enjoy two DC Ranch community centers with pools, fitness rooms, playgrounds, sports courts and a community theater playhouse. Silverleaf is also close to these three distinctive DC Ranch shopping plazas: Market Street, DC Ranch Crossing and Canyon Village, where grocery stores, boutique shopping, coffee and restaurants can be found. Residents have access to over 33 miles of walking paths that connect each of DC Ranch’s neighborhoods to one another. Just south of Silverleaf is the “Gateway Trailhead”, which grants residents access to another 100 miles of hiking trails that wind through the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The DC Ranch Village Health Club and Spa is located right next to Silverleaf, and is a private health club and spa where members can take fitness classes, order healthy food and enjoy the club’s numerous spa services. Use of the spa doesn’t require a membership, but members are able to enjoy it at a reduced rate.
The first homes to be built in Silverleaf were completed in the early 2000’s. Custom homes continue to be built today. Developer product still available, as well as developer and resale custom home sites. Silverleaf has 3 separate, guard-gated enclaves, each accessible off of Thompson Peak Parkway. The entire area is landscaped beautifully with neighborhood parks, gardens and fountains scattered throughout. Flatter areas of the community showcase a variety of semi-custom and custom homes. As you continue east into Upper Canyon and Horseshoe Canyon, lot sizes get bigger and the elevation gets higher, resulting in a collection of hillside estates with breathtaking views of the city. This area has some of the most expensive real estate in Phoenix.

The Silverleaf Club & Spa is an experience every golfer and country club goer wishes for. Renowned golfer and course designer Tom Weiskopf created one of Arizona’s greatest courses because of his vivid appreciation for the land’s natural beauty. The private club, owned by DMB is an 18-hole, par 72, 7,299-yard course. The course presents a degree of challenge that players really enjoy, yet with a variety of tees, offers playability for every skill level.
There are elevated tees with clear sight lines; sweeping white bunkers; wide fairways; and subtly undulating greens. The views of the McDowells, Camelback and the city below create truly remarkable views from every point on the course.
Golfers can ride, walk and/or use forecaddies to make their round more enjoyable. The distinctive Silverleaf Stone House gives players a place to eat on-the-run or relax at mid-point during their round of golf.
