The 32,000 square foot Estancia Clubhouse is situated on 640 acres of land on the northern slope of Pinnacle Peak Mountain. A prospective member may reserve a membership with a completed application and a check for the quoted purchase price. The application process will take several weeks, and includes an interview with our Membership Committee. If approved, the new membership will be effective no later than the first day of the month following application, which is the day dues begin. If not approved, the purchase price will be fully refunded.
