The seven BYOB restaurants are listed below. Patrons are permitted to bring their own wine and, sometimes, beer.
A word to the wise, most of these restaurants are very popular so reservations are recommended or required. When you call please ask about corkage fees and whether they have glassware to serve your wine.
Waitstaff at BYOB restaurants may not be able to open or serve your wine. Bringing along a corkscrew and a steady hand to pour is a good idea.

Atlas Bistro is eclectic American fare. It is on Scottsdale Road, just south of Thomas. Entrees range in price from $21-29 each.
2. Ristorante Giuseppe

As the name suggests, Ristorante Giuseppe is an italian restaurant open for lunch and dinner. It is family owned and operated since 1989. According to their website, they have had the same kitchen staff since they opened! The restaurant is located at Scottsdale Road and Thunderbird in a plaza on the southwest side of the intersection. Outdoor seating is available. Entrees range in price from $8 – $16. Ristorante Giuseppe only accepts cash.
3. Cafe Monarch

Cafe Monarch’s menu is offered at a fixed price of approximately $50 per person for a 4 course meal. The menu changes weekly and there are three main course choices daily. The restaurant is located west of Scottsdale Road and south of Indian School on 1st Avenue. Outdoor seating is available. For a special treat, see if you can reserve a seat in the Chef’s Kitchen. Cafe Monarch is a cash only restaurant.

Basil & Garlic is an italian restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Located between Cactus and Shea and just off 92nd Street, it is a cozy venue that is family owned and operated. Outdoor seating is available. Entrees range between $11-20. Basil & Garlic accepts credit cards.

Coup Des Tartes is a French restaurant located on 16th Street about 1/2 mile south of Camelback Road. It is the longest running BYOB restaurant in the metro area. Entrees range between $19-28. There is a $10 corking fee.
6. Pizza Re

Pizza Re is known for its pizza, sandwiches and cannoli. It is open for lunch and dinner. It is located on 68th Street near Thomas Road just south of Old Scottsdale. Pies range from $13 – $29. They only have plastic cups so if you want your wine in something fancy, bring along your own glass too! There is no corkage fee.
7. Thai House

There are 3 Thai House locations. This North Scottsdale store located in the shopping plaza south of Frank Lloyd Wright, between the 101 and the Greenway Hayden Loop is the only one that is BYOB. True to its name Thai House serves Thai cuisine. Entrees range from $8-$13. It is open for lunch and dinner.
