The Pinnacle Peak Country Club was founded in 1976 by developer Jerry Nelson. He was following his dream of building North Scottsdale’s premier golf course. As the first private golf facility in North Scottsdale, Nelson’s creation, including the integrated upscale homes, sold out in five years. The community has been member-owned from the beginning and consists of residents of all ages, interests and backgrounds. The Scottsdale, Arizona, real estate at Pinnacle Peak is part of a safe and friendly community that offers an unmatched lifestyle for its “family” of members.

One of this community’s premier assets is the 18-hole traditional style, walkable golf course. The course features scenic, tree-lined fairways that set it apart from the traditional desert golf courses found throughout the state. An extraordinary amount of time and skill has been involved in the creation of this exciting course. The landscaping in particular offers lush fairways with manicured, emerald greens accentuated by a variety of features. Hundreds of trees, strategically placed bunkers and lakes, landscaped rock falls and a gorgeous lighted water fountain have added to the enjoyment of the course throughout the years. The Pinnacle Peak Tradition, created by the community’s founding members, continues through to today and beyond.
